Badger's story began in the mid-1990s when their founder, Bill Whyte, worked as a carpenter. His hands would often split and crack in the frigid New England winters, so he mixed up some beeswax and olive oil to create a simple herbal balm that helped soothe his hands. He decided to share it with everyone he knew, and the rest, as they say, is Badger history.
